Before you send a request

Connection or sign-in: describe the point where the Auth0 connection failed and the error text you saw.
Beta access: approval is performed manually and is not immediate. A request does not grant access or credits. Check the request status in ML Referee rather than assuming approval.
Credits: include the credit status shown by ML Referee and whether the issue arose before or after a quote or submission.
Evaluations: include an audit or upload identifier if one is available, the evaluation stage, and the exact safe error message.
Privacy or deletion: choose that topic below and identify the account or submission using the minimum information needed.

Reply email, topic, and message are required. Your browser will identify missing or invalid fields. A successful submission opens a confirmation page; if the form service reports an error, return here and try again later.

Never send passwords, OAuth client secrets, access tokens, recovery codes, payment details, or sensitive datasets. Do not paste raw prompts, labels, feature values, or other confidential evaluation data into this form.

Opening a ticket does not authorize AI-assisted review of your evaluation data. If that would help resolve an issue, we will first ask you to approve the specific material, AI tool, and troubleshooting purpose. See the evaluation-data and LLM-use policy.

The form uses a hidden spam trap and may present an anti-spam check. ML Referee uses the submission to respond and handle the request. Read the privacy notice.

Independent services

ML Referee is operated independently by Sandra Carrico. OpenAI provides ChatGPT and website-hosting services, and Auth0 provides the account-connection service. Naming those providers does not imply that they sponsor, endorse, or partner with ML Referee.
